Cancellation Policy

Due to our size and the nature of our business, we have to apply a cancellation policy.

Should you cancel 7 or more days before your stay, only a $20 fee will be charged to you.
Should you cancel less than 7 days from your stay, the first two evenings that you were booked will be charged to you. If your stay was for only one evening, then only one night will be charged to you.
